Purchased an LVT3 Board over a year ago and it's still not working

https://youtu.be/UKbRwqZiWJ0 This is an old video but the problem still re-occurs (EVEN with the up to date program that was put online Feb2018)
The program has a problem with saving to my board, If I set the buttons to be a colour and change as it presses, it's not working.
Because the state doesn't save as LVT3 ON/OFF, I also can't use Tournament switch that switches the lights on and off.
I have been messaging many times and waiting for an answer and The people at Paradise Arcade and The developer who made The LVT3 board and The Program has not given me an answer yet.
So hopefully someone has an answer now because I've waited long enough.
