No Paypal option

I try to buy some pcbs and on checkout paypal option is not avaible.. i'm in brazil and always buy via paypal on PAS but this time is not possible.. and the shipping is only fedex avaible.. what happen with normal and more cheapper, is not more avaible to brazil?

This is a glitch, there should be a Paypal Checkout option after specifying your shipping preferences. We've informed our developers and are waiting for the fix. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

I only use PayPal to make my purchase please fix it.
